Selezione delle pietre naturali provenienti dalle più prestigiose cave italiane ed europee
Accurata lavorazione artigianale della sagoma da parte di artigiani specializzati
Creazione delle matrici e degli stampi, sia degli elementi piani che degli angoli esterni e, per alcuni modelli, interni
Verniciatura completamente manuale degli stampi mediante pigmenti colorati e ossidi minerali
Colatura e vibrazione dell'impasto cementizio alleggerito con pietra pomice, sabbia, inerti leggeri, areanti e leggera idrofobizzazione di massa del manufatto
